Mia Di Costanzo OMP
Mia is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is a part of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Prior to that she graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with BA in Arts and Contemporary Studies in 2018.
In her youth Mia was a competitive gymnast. Sport and competition fuelled her but injuries started to take over. She sought help from various types of practitioners, finding osteopathy to provide her with the most relief. As she navigated her own journey of healing and recovery she became keenly interested in helping others do the same. Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy that works to improve motion of tissues and joints, with the intention of bringing balance into the body. When there is improved motion and balance the body is better able to self heal and regulate as it was designed to.
With a strong understanding of functional anatomy and physiology Mia is trained to look at the body as a whole, seeing how everything is connected. She applies this to treating each individual patient, finding the roots of their symptoms. Mia is very excited to support you in your own journey of healing.

Tessa Lang-Larson
Tessa Lang-Larson is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a clinical focus on pediatric, prenatal, and postpartum care. She completed her Bachelor of Life Sciences with a Minor in Psychology at McMaster University in 2016 and graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2021. Since graduating, Tessa has pursued extensive additional training, including: A comprehensive Infant care specialization apprenticeship, Airway health and craniofacial development, Tongue and lip tie assessment and treatment, Prenatal and postpartum osteopathic treatment, primitive reflex integration training.
In 2023, Tessa was one of the founding partners who established The Well Body Group, where she spent three years building and developing a collaborative, community-centered clinic model. Through that experience, she further refined her commitment to interdisciplinary care and recognized a growing need for more dedicated maternal, pediatric, and family-focused services within the community. After contributing to the development of that clinic, she chose to step back in order to pursue a more specialized avenue of care — one centered on early intervention, maternal support, and comprehensive family wellness. Foundations Family Wellness Centre was created to help fill the gap in pediatric and family-centered healthcare within the Kawartha Lakes region. Tessa’s clinical approach emphasizes early identification of structural and functional imbalances, addressing root causes rather than symptom management alone, and working within a coordinated interdisciplinary team. Tessa collaborates closely with local physicians, dentists, midwives, lactation consultants, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and mental health providers to ensure families receive comprehensive and continuous care.
